In order to help students plan their career development direction and cultivate their comprehensive qualities, on the afternoon of September 25, 2018, the Northeast Asia International Education Forum and China-Korea International Education Exchange Conference were held in the grand hall of our college. Dr. Liang Bicheng gave a lecture entitled "Your Dream, the Chinese Dream, the World Dream". Dr. Liang is a Ph.D. in Chinese history in UCLA, chairman of CKT Group, chairman of Dongmei Investment Company, part-time professor at Tsinghua University, visiting professor at New York University South Korea, and reserve candidate for the National Party of the 2017 Korean presidential election, Jilin City College International Department Executive Dean of SJ International College in Northeast Asia (South Korea, Japan, Singapore).
Standing member of the Jilin Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, executive chairman of the China Shandong Entrepreneurs' Association, winner of the National May 1st Labor Medal, winner of the China Charity Outstanding Contribution Award, chairman of the SJ International Education Group, and Excutive Dean of the SJ International College of Dongyang University, Sun Jin attended the meeting and delivered an important speech.
The earliest connection between Dr. Liang and China was not due to business, but to the vast and long history of China. He graduated from the Chinese Department of Korea University when he was young, and after receiving a Ph.D. in Chinese History from the University of California, Los Angeles, he went to Jianguo University to teach modern Chinese history. Before stepping into the business world, he was already an excellent expert in the study of modern Chinese history.
After entering the business world, with many years of understanding of Chinese history and culture, Dr. Liang began to lead CKT Development Co., Ltd. to develop the "Chinatown" project in South Korea, and then participated in real estate projects in Qingdao and Suzhou. According to Dr. Liang, real estate is only an inevitable product of China's rapid economic development stage. However, as China's economic growth slows in the next stage, future business opportunities in China will be in the health industry, the US industry, and the large consumer industry. Industries related to China ’s population advantage and domestic demand policies. Dr. Liang is a "Confucian Merchant" who has been immersed in Chinese Confucian culture for many years.
