On December 27,2024,the Third Member Congress of the Jilin Provincial Overseas Chinese Business Association was grandly held in Changchun City.Distinguished leaders attending the meeting included Han Fuchun,Member of the Standing Committee of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department;Bao Jiusheng,Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Party Secretary of the Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese;Qi Degui,Deputy Director of the Economic and Technological Department of the China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and First-level Inspector;Xin Jing,Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Provincial Government;and Ding Zhaoli,Chairman of the Jilin Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese.One of the main agenda items of the congress was the election of new leadership to enhance the cohesion and influence of the overseas Chinese business organization,ensuring it becomes a trusted home for overseas Chinese businesses that satisfies the Party and government,is supported by various levels of the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese,and is trusted by the broad community of overseas Chinese businessmen.

　　Mr.Sun Jin,Chairman of the SJ International Education Group,was elected as the new Supervisor of the Jilin Provincial Overseas Chinese Business Association.He expressed his commitment to live up to expectations and work together with all members to advance the work of the Association,provide better services to overseas Chinese businesses,and contribute to the economic and social development of Jilin Province and the nation.

　　The successful convening of this congress not only charted the course for the development of the Jilin Provincial Overseas Chinese Business Association but also laid a solid foundation for the prosperous development of overseas Chinese business affairs in Jilin Province.Under the leadership of the new executive team,the Association is poised to play a greater role in serving overseas Chinese businesses and promoting local economic development.
