As an educator who has been deeply engaged in the field of vocational education for more than 30 years, I would like to focus on the specific starting point of the integration of education, science and technology, and talents in the "trinity" integration of vocational education-the integration of science and education. The integration of science and education is an innovative expression put forward in the report of the Party's 20th National Congress. Literally, the integration of science and education means that science and technology should be integrated with education. "Section" refers to more technical skills and their application research, of course, can also refer to all scientific research in the field of vocational education. In essence, the integration of science and education is the integration and high integration of the mode of running a school, the way of educating people and the mechanism of scientific research. "Science" and "teaching" are inseparable, and the power of scientific and technological innovation should be closely combined with the work of education, integrating into a powerful force to help the modernization of the country.
So, how to achieve the integration of science and education? I think the first thing to do is to identify the current problem. For example, the field of vocational education does not pay enough attention to scientific research, thinking that teaching is good, for a long time, scientific research has become a relatively weak link in the development of vocational education, and there is a big gap compared with the scientific research work of other types of education. For another example, the problems of inaccurate scientific research positioning, weak scientific research ability and insufficient transformation of scientific research achievements exist in most vocational colleges. After the conclusion of scientific research projects, scientific research achievements are put on the shelf, and scientific and technological achievements lack transformation and cannot play a practical role. For another example, in the integration of scientific research and teaching, the content is not closely connected, the process is not sufficient, and the operation mechanism is not perfect, resulting in the separation of scientific research and teaching, and the effect of mutual integration and mutual promotion cannot be achieved.
On how to promote the integration of science and education in the next step, Chairman Sun Jin suggested:
1.The competent government departments should strengthen overall coordination, provide sufficient policy support and resource input for the integrated development of science and education in vocational education, and provide vocational education with more opportunities and platforms to participate in high-level scientific research projects. We can build a number of high-quality scientific and technological innovation platforms and collaborative innovation centers in enterprises, schools and research institutions. On this basis, it is necessary to further strengthen the supervision of the whole process of the project, scientifically evaluate the project results, accept social supervision, and avoid problems such as emphasizing project approval over management, emphasizing conclusion over transformation and application.
2.Vocational colleges must explore the establishment of a collaborative mechanism for teaching to promote scientific research and scientific research to feed teaching,focus on solving the problem of separation of scientific research and teaching, realize the positive interaction between personnel training and technical skill innovation, and promote the all-round integration of teaching and scientific research. At the same time, we should make great
efforts to improve the system design, and encourage teachers and students of vocational colleges to actively participate in scientific and technological research and development and industry-university-research cooperation.
3.Vocational colleges should continue to optimize the professional curriculum system teaching organization mode and resource allocation mode, and pay attention to integrating the thinking, methods and content of scientific and technological innovation into the course teaching and practical training of vocational education. Teachers should be encouraged to give full play to their professional skills, and the supply of science education curriculum resources should be increased by offering science and technology courses and conducting lectures on popular science. It is necessary to give full play to the function of scientific research and education, and attract more students to participate in scientific research practice activities such as experimental operation and data
4.In terms of scientific research positioning, vocational colleges should be based on local economic characteristics, especially our vocational colleges in Jilin province, should closely focus on the high-quality development strategy of "one main six double", focus on the development of "six new industries" and the construction of "four new facilities" in our province, and further enhance the contribution of scientific research and education to the revitalization of Jilin. Colleges and universities should combine their own research strength, according to the technological innovation needs of enterprises, carry out demand-oriented scientific research, establish the topic in the enterprise, write the paper in the workshop, and use the results in the production line and teaching and education processing, so as to improve students' scientific literacy and innovation ability.
5.In terms of personnel training, it is necessary to adhere to the principle of the Party's
management of personnel, adhere to the principle of respecting labor, knowledge, talent and creativity, implement a more active, more open and more effective personnel policy, and guide the majority of talents to love the Party, the country, dedication and service to the people. In order to adapt to the requirements of technological development and enterprise post ability transition, vocational colleges should change the orientation of personnel training from ordinary technical skills to "field engineers" with innovative thinking and ability, and cultivate compound technical skills talents with systematic innovative thinking.
